When you contact us or book a stay, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and reservation information. We use this information to respond, process and manage bookings, provide guest support, and meet applicable obligations.

Our booking and payment providers process information needed to provide these services. Card details are entered into the payment provider’s hosted fields, rather than stored by this website. This website does not offer guest account management.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits, searches, and other website interactions. We use Microsoft Clarity for interaction measurements, heatmaps, and session replays to understand how visitors use the website and improve it. These services may use cookies and similar technologies and receive technical information such as browser, device, and page activity.

Analytics scripts load when you select “Allow analytics” or after one minute if you do not choose. Selecting “Decline” keeps optional analytics off, and you can still browse or book. Your choice is remembered in this browser; clearing this site’s browser data resets it. Checkout and consultation form content is masked in Clarity. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, or payment information as analytics events.

How information is shared and retained

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website, process bookings and payments, support guests, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell information that identifies you, such as your name or contact details.
